I'm sooo excited! Not long until I get to see all my Your Dog peeps at Crufts! On Thursday I'm off to Southampton to Gaby's, where we SHALL watch Saw 3D and get excited over Chester's sexy death. Then in the morning we shall have a long drive to Birmingham!
I'm not going home until Sunday ¬_¬ mwahaha. Shall be fun times me thinks!
I have SO many assignments to do, but I have a horrible cold, and I AM cold, which is making me not want to do them. Plus I am lazy and a massive procrastinator. Meeehhh...
Also, me and Saz keep looking at pictures of Shelties and Irish Setters, which is making me SO puppy broody! I actually NEED my Irish Setter now -_-
a modern way of letting go...

Better
I'm thankfully feeling much better now. I think it was a combination of my medication leaving my system and... uhhhm... the time of the month ¬_¬ and it just tipped me over the edge. I'm taking my medication again now and all is going well.
I've got a chicken handling practical tomorrow in college. Now... don't laugh... but I have a crippling phobia of birds :|
It is going to be SO difficult for me to do it, but I'm going to try my best and see how I get on. Hopefully they'll be sympathetic to my scaredness and give me a bit of a hand.
Today I'm just relaxing, enjoying my day off. Just been out for a walk with Milo and now I reckon it's time for some munch!

Bad timesss
Ok, well I've sunk back into my depressed phase. It's been hanging around for just under a week, but it feels like forever. I just feel so empty all the time... I really can't think of a worse feeling.
The only thing that really helps is going to college. At least while I'm there I can concentrate on something other than feeling down.
Milo helps a lot too. One of the reasons I wanted to get a dog in the first place was so I would have something to take responsibility for and look after, and therefore get some kind of meaning in my life. He does cheer me up, bless his little heart, and walking him helps to take my mind off of things.
I went to college today and had my practical handling assessment on a rabbit. I had to correctly handle, transport and perform a health check on Taz, a little black Rex rabbit. As well as all that, I had to give loads of information about their teeth, common health problems, correctly weigh him... jeez! I'm relieved that I passed (with merit!) and have got it over with, because I wasn't that confident on it.
I was technically allowed to go home at 12:30 but me and Bekki had most of our Canine Behaviour assignment to finish... which was due in today! So we sat there working non-stop until around 4pm and thankfully got it all done. I'm not sure it'll be good enough to pass the Distinction criteria though as, to be quite honest, for some of it we didn't know what the hell we were going on about!
When I fiiinally got home, guess who was playing with Milo in the garden!? Barfield!
Basically, 'Barfield' (so we have named him because it's his house name and we don't know his actual name...) is a Golden Retriever who lives quite near to us and his owners let him generally roam around and take himself for walks. I don't agree with this at all, especially as he's entire... but there you go. They've been told to put fences and gates up but nothings happened. ANYWAY, Barfield likes to go on walks with Milo and then come into the garden and play (it's always really hard getting him to leave...).
It actually made my day to see him there as we don't get to see him that often and I sped indoors to get my camera ;)

URGH.
Oh my God, I have had more than enough of that stupid little bitch. She is EVERYWHERE I turn, rubbing her nose into everyone's business and sucking up to them.
If I could actually wipe her off the face of the planet, I would. I would take immense pleasure in it actually.
No one even understands, and just carries on like she isn't making my blood boil.
Urgh. I actually can't stand her.

Blegh
I totally could not be bothered to do my work experience today. I feel faint whenever I stand up, and my god... these stomach cramps DX
I'm putting the day to good use though, trying to wade through all my Canine Behaviour assignment that needs to be handed in on the 3rd or 4th... Ah well, at least it's actually of interest to me!
I just got an email from an Irish Setter breeder that lives quite close to me, saying that they'll probably be having a litter in the Spring >.<
They wanted to know more about me and my lifestyle... I think (hope) I sounded suitable to have one of their puppies!
I find it's best to do everything behind my dads back, and then drop it into conversation that we have a puppy coming home next week (or whatever). Otherwise he just thinks about all the bad things that could happen, rather than any of the good.
I don't know how Milo will take to having a puppy around. I think he'll love having a little friend to play with, but I wouldn't want him feeling like we loved him any less because of it. I'm not sure if dogs really think like that... but he is my main man! I love that dog more than anything.
My boy Milo ♥

Helloooo
Well, hello there ;)
This is going to be the obligatory introduction post, in which I tell you (you the reader, you understand) a load of random facts about myself that I deem interesting.
Wow... this could be hard.
I'm a 22 year old child living in my own little world filled with dogs and ribbons. I don't spend much time down in the real world, as I find it is full of cunts.
I only come out every now and then to trundle off to college (I'm not the oldest person there, so shut up) to study Animal Management. I really do love learning more about animals, but it is kind of inconvenient having to get out of bed every day.
When I grow up (¬_¬) I want to be a Canine Behaviourist and sort out naughty little doggies like mine. Milo is a 1 year and 7 month old black Labrador Retriever and I swear sometimes that he has the Devil in him.
He's actually maturing into quite a nice young lad, but every now and then you see a demonic glint in his eyes and that's it - you're done for.
Other than dogs, my main passion is photography. A few people have said I've got an eye (duh... I've got two?) for it, and I'd like to accept that compliment as fact. I mostly love taking pictures of animals, but I do like a good landscape or sunset... even a portrait or two! If the Canine Behaviour business doesn't work out... photography is my next career choice.
Then there's music. I couldn't LIVE without music. My favourite band is Linkin Park, and to be fair, it's become an unhealthy obsession. The less said about that the better.
So, I live with my dog, my dad, and my boyfriend Danny (in order of preference ¬_¬ nah, I kid...) in a little house in the middle of no where... and that's pretty much my life at the moment, summed up in a couple of paragraphs! How sad.
